Could you do me a photoshop favor

Ive got a picture of me and my son thats a little blurry, I was wondering if anyone out there wouldn't mind just cleaning it up a little for me.

I'm not gunna post the photo here cause its a family one but if anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it
