Corrupted 'luma' folder in CTRNAND?

Hi all, I was looking at my CTRNAND files when I noticed that the luma folder was full of corrupted items, I remember installing Luma3DS to NAND a few years ago, but I wasn't expecting it to corrupt. Booting my 2DS without the SD card works just fine, but I'd still like to know how to get rid of the mess. Note that I don't really have a backup from before I had Luma3DS installed to NAND.

If there's one game that defined my childhood and can still carry me on through my multitude of coping mechanisms, Terraria would be there for me. It's just not that much because the game's vibe after 1.4.4 changed for the wrose
