For something like this, I'd suggest dumpster u since it has a gui.

The more importsnt question is, if i dump the game from hdd with it, can i inject it with this tool on anothers wiiu drive?

Not right away, would have to use nus packer.

So if i dump a installed game from hdd its not bound to the system and can theoretically used on another WiiU?

I saw an option in Savemii that can dump to loadiine and then it should be ready to be repacked with nus packer. I've never tried it tho

Why do it so complicated? Dumping from HDD, then packing with NUSpacker gives you back what you installed with WUP Installer. So why not use the original install files?

@V10lator If related to me. Thats how i personaly handle it. My solution of thinking was related to their problem. They dont have the install files and want to backup them. And maybe want to install this titles to another WiiU.
EDIT: For simply moving there is officially system file transfer available.
