How can you do this without getting your save file deleted?
I have already tried this tool to convert my 64kb save file to 128kb save file, but then it says save file has been deleted.

The game is Pokemon Shiny Gold(on SRAM Patched Fire Red), I've tried to "fix" the file by running it on clean Fire Red, load my old save from save state and then export battery but it always give me 64kb file. Any help would be appreciated.
