Don't worry i will not complaining i am not a kid, just want to verify something and see if we can load backup wii U with HDD without sd card.....

You CANNOT do it this way. Believe us. You'd need to program a chip that "converts" the USB protocol to the one used by SD cards.

Even this doesn't work OP.

there was another version that worked but not as espected like i said is limited IIRC to 32 GB (or 2) and it was really really slow making it useless

Theoretically you can, but not without writing custom firmware for a FPGA chip. The Mobidapter that's already been mentioned does what you want, but it's incredibly slow and limited to 32GB as someone said, so it's useless for this purpose. You'd have to create something like the Mobidapter from scratch without the limitations that it has. If you are skilled enough and have the means, you could do that and mass produce it for everyone else to enjoy.
But whatever you do, don't just randomly solder things to the SD port, you're likely to fry your Wii U. Nothing that exists is designed for this purpose except the Mobidapter and even that doesn't work properly.
