I believe it is possible as SC accepts AR Codes.
I tried with appropreate SC Cheat's Converting program but nothing happened.

The paddle is controlling the d-pad. Thats the whole point of this.

I can't believe nobody mentioned this. The dpad is friggin digital. You can't go left or right just a little so it doesn't translate well into either motions or a knob. No matter how far you turn your DS or twist your knob it will still only translate into a simple push on the dpad.

Actually, you can add "analog" control to games that use the digital D-pad. My DS Motion Pak hack does this with a technique called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). Basically, the pad is pressed on and off very quickly, with the percentage of time that it is pressed increasing as you tilt more. Once you tilt a certain amount, the pad is always pressed. As you can see from the video, you can steer very well using this method.

I'm sure the same thing could be done for the paddle method as well.
