Homebrew Confirming Details

I just wanted to confirm some things I was told that contradict my memory.

N3DS, 11.0

I should:

• Use slowhax on 4swords for ARM11 exploitation, then continue with sysDowngrader
• Go to 2.1 (since OTPless is not a chance I want to take) and dump OTP
• Use SafeA9LHInstaller to install A9LH
• Finally, install Luma

IIRC, the 2.1 part is not a good idea on the N3DS, but then again neither is OTPless, so...

That's the gist, although you downgrade to 9.2 using sysDowngrader than use decrypt9 to do a CTR-transfer to 2.1.
That's if you're doing the OTP method which is what the guide suggests right now because of a little paranoia about the OTPless method.
