Hacking Config USB Loader download updates?

I been using Configurable Usb Loader since right now I only have an SD card. When I go to updates then Program updates I get a list of updates.
When I try to download the top one "70r65" I get "error opening SD-Apps-usbloader-boot."

Current Version I use is 70r15.

Why can I not download any of the updates. Cover and theme downloads work fine.

Am I running a old version and need to install a newer one? Or are those updates useless>
