Edit tested by@laotoulyh is not the wright part wrong pitch.

You only need to buy 18000 pcs to test ) or see if molex wants to send a sample.

or buy a broken board on ebay and remove the port with heat under the board not on top

or ask sellers form aliexpress for the connector.
Thei have already the lcd and touch conectors for Lite.

New3ds xl test picture, it fits evean conected in wrong way.


The 3ds top lcd one locks the same , same number of contacts etc, so buy test and don't forget to post the result.

This is the backlight subsystem. The BGA IC can be replaced with a TI TPS61163A. I recommend getting the datasheet and seeing what spec of diode to use from the reference circuit provided within.

TPS61163A does work, I bought 10 of them, and already used 2
But there is a switch I dropped a diode, I don't know what model to replace it.

I did that that too, call Nintendo custumur suport they have spare parts. Theyĺl charge a reasonable fee.
