I'm using crediar's U8 stuff right now, I think it works. If not then I will have to restart (the two week part).

Wiicrazy, can't speak for ICE but im using a small dol that allows me to upload any .app file to my 000001/000002 directory
this way preloader reamins intact and if i fuck anything up i can just hit reset and then upload the original app file and try again

im using the u8tool 9.0 and a a combination of the tpl convertors....
speaking of which how do i get the damn transparency to take properly? I keep getting gradient blends behind my cursors.

Hmmz I just tested ftpii with writing a small txt file to the tmp folder and it failed... It would be a nice feature if it allowed nand writes... anyways...
I guess I'll write that small app on my own..
by the way u8 stuff is probably enough for me since my aim is not to create a different health&warning page but change the language resource file...
I'll give it a go using howard's u8tool 9.0 (that's it right?)

As for the transparency, I have no clue about it, once I got a similar problem when I packed the save banners for custom boulderdash inject... the guys at vcfe wip thread may have useful information about that...
