Misc CLIRC IRC chat not working?

Recently we changed our IP address to the new kind (due to internet troubles), so now I think my DS can't recognize the IP. Whenever Clirc tries to connect, it gets stuck on "Requesting IP" and then it fails. No other games' wifi work either.
Help!

IVp6? Yeah IIRC the DS/Lite doesn't support that.

Unless it's still IPv4 and you gave DHCP off?
