Someone in the latest sx os release thread in the backups forum posted a supposed way to clean your nand dump by wiping certain areas, I have no idea how legit it is and last time I read the thread nobody else had confirmed or denied it. Generating a fresh nand from prodinfo would also presumably work.
If you've literally never connected your switch online even once, then you should be safe to start again with sparkly fresh empty error logs etc.

Don't want to hijack his question but I'm in a similar scenario. I made a backup of my switch's nand but I'm unsure if it I booted into cfw before I did a backup. I have never logged online or made a wifi connection. Does booting into cfw (it was reinx) made the Nand dirty and is there anyway to check if the Nand is dirty? If I clear the logs will it be okay to go online?
