Homebrew Clarification Thread - What is going on?

Alright. Just woke up, I guess I have a few questions to ask:
1) Can you install Legit CIA's with this yet?
2) Has 10.4 came out yet?
3) We cannot downgrade yet, correct?

Also props to all the 3DS dev's that are working on this because they have to deal with constant alerts and shitpost from this thread.

No. No installation to CIAs, 10.4 is not out and there is no downgrade yet.

IronFall 1.0 (wifi off toggled it of cause i don't use wifi at all.)
try 1 to 10
stuck on "overwrite vtable"

Zelda OOT 1.0 (retail card and no digital copy)
try 1 to 10
stuck on "overwrite vtable"

MenuHax from starterkit.
try 1 to 10
stuck on "overwrite vtable"

I will continue perform test over and over but seem like mentionned Old console have lesser chance to be undressed so easly

Tried 5 times, crashes after "Overwrite vtable at 0x09E1FE08". 9.9 old 3DS using menuhax.

I am not really sure. I tried because I thought I could be somewhat competant being able to say, "Oh it works for me." But, as always, luck on the O3DS turned it sour.
