It seems that to have constant 30 FPS and no stuttering in 7th Dragon, you should use builds BEFORE SpeedUp_HMW (1.0.30), just like Bravely Default.
Missing_Part_Of_PIPE3-ReBased (1.0.49) is the only build AFTER 1.0.29 that DOES NOT have any problem with FramePacing.
Both 1.0.47, 1.0.50 and 1.0.52 have the problem.
Any versione after that will cause that kind of problem.

Also, after build dy (1.0.26), Pokemon Alpha Sapphire will have increased boot time, till the last one, where is tripled.

i have 2 builds i use, the clang 5.0 fron tabnk and the 12-12 build from drwhojan, both have good framepacing, but the tabnk build shows no image in dragon quest monster joker 3, while drwhojan build does show it. Both builds have fast pokemon load times and good fmv speed.

It will probably take a while before i will switch to a newer build, seeing they break more than fix at this point xD

game should be 30, yet registers 25 as full speed, sometimes 24 or 26.
massive stutters too.

I have no idea why that's doing that for you and not for me.., maybe it's the game you are using..

Why do I feel so lol...

MingW worked. :gba:

Thanks for letting us know!, made we should replace the "ticks" word in the build, and see if it still works.

Maybe someone has the Save file to upload ?, Then i can try for myself..

The good FMV speed in 12/12 build was way be four the New Core was added to Citra, and did not effect the the framepacing in game play in the slightest.., how even this new core timing that the mods added, dose merge both game play and FMV in one, making hard to change one without the other effected.

More on the pokemon X/Y thing, thanks neko

merry - fwiw I would much rather see DSP LLE than a hackfix. Then rewrite HLE based on a proper RE of the firmware.

Its not fully play able even with a save, the game freezes when you level up your pokemon, receive something.

I know i was testing it some time ago on Citra, thought things might have changed, well that confirms as not so thanks.
----
Edit: anyway just wondering any one got a pre-save file in their citra SDMC/00040000 folder for "Alola Photo Club" in PM/US/UM ?

So I can Edit Citra and test it for Myself, Zip it and attach it to your post, with thanks.

Checked google, no one has uploaded a save in Citra by Alola Photo Club

After quite a lot of testing with thanks to some one here, the fix for "Alola Photo Club" it just to like ticks in - CoreTiming::AddTicks(ticks);

Any number used and its fixed, just try to keep the FMV speed normal and "frame pacing" correct as "ticks" speed like

CoreTiming::AddTicks(10900);
-----
Edit: 10999 is spot on timing to the name "ticks" and still works, tested with Rune Factory 4 FMV at 72fps in "ticks" / 72fps @ 10999 too
------
Edit: Aw so 16900 brakes it, So they is that element of Core Balance..

Valentinvanelslande already provided a fix for this on his builds. The issue happens when you have 4+ photos in your album, once you open the album it starts to lag untill it freezes. Don't ask me how @valentinvanelslande fixed it, but he did.

Anyways, if you check his github you can try it for yourself, no more issues on the album even with 4+ photos.

Also i'm sure @drwhojan will fix it asap, these guys are geniuses.

12/12 jhno591 Build shows the black line correctly, recent builds will not work.
I must choose either Photo Club fix or black line Fix.:unsure:

    Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
