Thank you...how do i encrypt games? The same for PS Vita and the iso must be decrypted to play a game. Of course, one day PS Vita emulator will be coming in the future. Anyway, the same for Citra emulator must be decrypted to do that.

Aww. I wish this works on arm9loaderhax 11.0.You can find a decrypted games in Google easily if you know where.
If you have 3DS.. Without a 3DS.. There is no way to decrypted the encryption games at all. You must have a 3DS to do that. Here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-how-to-decrypt-3ds-roms-for-dummies.372653/

So I should get decrypt9 and put it in on a 3ds with 11.0 with a9lh with no downgrade? I mean, I can just try to downgrade it without HARDMOD using a new exploit. With a9lh I think you can just use decrypt9/uncart/something directly from a9lh boot and all on the 3ds itself without the computer steps.

Alright! Thanks! If you have a9lh it doesn't matter what fw you're on because a9lh runs before it. Then you can just turn off the 3DS, hold X and turn it back on and it boots decrypt9 (if you followed plialect's guide). Decrypt9 can do all the game decrypting functions, it's not just for nand.
Thanks!@supermario18 Then use svdt or JK's SaveManager to backup your saves trough the Homebrew Launcher, and that decrypted saves will be usables wuth Citra Emulator.

As @Akirou mentioned,Hello. Im new to this thread and was wondering about how good this emulator is. Part of me wants to express my concern given how complex 3ds games are even though there is an emulator my concern is that the frame rates will be horrible or the graphics would be bad.
So Im asking two things about this emulator. How good does it run with games in terms of quality and frame rates. I currently use my NTR CFW to stream my 3ds games but constantly run into issues with the massive number of frames dropped. Would streaming 3ds games via a emulator be a easier and more reliable solution?
Also does this thing have support with using ntr cheat plugins for games?
But in a decent specs, it runs slow or nearly at full speed(without streaming or recording).depends on the build my laptop is a pretty high tier laptop but it's still a laptop and pokemon , fire emblem and others work perfectly ( even better than perfectly as i have 10x the frames of a 3DS in some parts of the game (for fire emblem for example when i moving units and i'm in the menu i get 500+ fps)
