Wait, I realized something... If some games were optimized for the New 3DS, does that mean that those games will have better framerate if you overclocked the emulated CPU? Like how Dolphin can play Sunshine at 60fps and 1964 can play Goldeneye at that frame rate as well? So Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate could in theory play at a constant 60fps? (or 144fps lol) This would obviously be an extra after the emulator is stable, but just a theory. :P

Well super mario sunshine is actually locked at 30 fps normally, the 60 fps hack just slows everything down by half so you can go set the frame limit to 120 fps, which breaks the sound but makes it run at 60 fps. MH I don't actually know. I would hope so. The framerates don't actually look like they're locked.

If it is, it has to be between 45 and 60. I mean, yea the game's smooth, but there's a world of a difference between even 30 and 45, and I feel it can be a bit choppy even at it's smoothest. Not sure if it's because the screen is small. The game engine doesn't seem to be dependent on frame rate like Dark Souls is, because MH4U's framerate is variable. A lot of Japanese developed games tend to be like that, at least from my experience.

I get this same error with both ACNL and FE:A (might've posted it earlier in the thread too)

Also, sorry for double posting, but Persona Q is running much better now, speed-wise at least, with the new shader JIT. About 25-30 fps. However, aside from start, A, and B, buttons don't work, so you can't attempt to play the game.

I'll tell you before neobrain or other devs tell you. You can't just download the rom from the internet and boot it. You need to decrypt it first with your 3ds. There are instructions on how to it in the Citra wiki, or around gbatemp. :P

I'll tell you before neobrain or other devs tell you. You can't just download the rom from the internet and boot it. You need to decrypt it first with your 3ds. There are instructions on how to it in the Citra wiki, or around gbatemp. :P

Speaking about that, do you think Citra (or any other 3DS emulator in the future) will be able to decrypt 3DS games on its own ?

well.. i dont have gateway at all.. so i cant really decrypt any 3ds roms at all :(
