Hacking cIOScorp + softmodded wii

Ok heres my question. I have a 4.1U wii softmodded, cIOs rev.17, hermes v5 using neogamma to boot backups and wiiflow for usb loading. I would like to install cioscorp to be able to play backups directly from the disc channel. Can I just install cioscorp over my existing configuration without any side effects and still have everything else function as it does now? Thanks in advance.

the cIOS install from IOS slots 202-250

cIOSCORP installs from IOS slots 9-70

so they both can exist happily together.
