SSBB is a very difficult game to burn as DVD9 (double-layer)
I doubt if someone here knows how to do it
you'd better burn a DVD5 (single-layer) of it by using wiiscrubber (I thinks theres tuts for that)
or go ask elsewhere

but maybe your best option is to buy the game (I mean its only one game)

edit: if your problem is the dump, your better of with a download (just saying)

I do own the game... I just wanted to texture hack it... My problem is the dump... I select a split size and the dump starts working fine until I have to swap out the sd card for part 2


I don't have any pirated games...
