I have recently had some issues playing the call of duty games online. It seems when I am playing, i am experiencing some lag like stuttering in my movements. I havent had any trouble for a long time now and nothing has changed. I tried them in usbloader gx with cIOS 222 and it seemed to clear it up but when they use cIOS 249 they lag. I have cIOS 249 with base 57 and 222 is base 38. Offline gaes dont lag no matter what cIOS I use. Any suggestions?

If nothing has changed within your wii, it seems very unlikely that that would cause an issue now. Especially since offline play seems fine.
It would seem more likely that the cause of the lag is extern...that your PC is uploading/downloading stuff, that someone is using a laptop on the net on your wifi, or even that the servers you're playing on have a high ping or package loss rate.
