I have diferent CIA installers for diferent propusers.

DevMenu: Install single titles. Also I have it installed on my NAND in case of emergency.
NASA: Install small files through FTP.
Soon: For chain installing.
FBI: Managing titles and other developing stuff.

I use FBI to install small packages (like Homebrews, GBA games and DSiWare titles), and DevMenu to install games (3DS games duh).

No, he's right. BBM is 4.X or maybe 6.X, I cant remember. Either way it's an outdated DevMenu. The only DevMenu that's on 11.4 is the leaked one on rei's pastebin.
I verified and stand corrected, BBM is indeed DevMenu 6.2.

Edit: and yet if you actually read the pastebin... "The 11.4 version of DevMenu uses the newer 7.x NCCH encryption key and the key for that is different from the leaked retail key that is being used. Until that key is either leaked or someone with a dev console can decrypt it, DevMenu 6.2 will remain the latest available!"
