Gaming Cia installing slow issue

Hey there guys

I have a HUGE problem on my 3ds as of late. Whenever I install a CIA via FBI or any other installer, after a few minutes of running pretty fast, the installation speed actually drops to 50kb per second.
This happened to me on my previous sd card and now it happens on a new SanDisk class 10 ultra, I bought 2 months ago. Pokemon Sun took me 15 hours to install

Anything I can do to try and resolve this? Already formatted my sd card but the issue persists. Whenever transferring data from my laptop to it, it's speed is normal

Yes buddy. Bought on a legit store chain (like gamestop) unless those stores also sell fake cards. But the packaging was mint and it was sealed

why use .cia when you ca use freeshop and download from nintendos servers for free?Also, be sure your FBI is up to date.

Freeshop? I never heard of it before. Can I use it with my luma cfw? Or do I need to reinstall the system again from scratch?

You can use lumaCFW to install it :3 just go to it's website and scan the code with FBI

Well, to my surprise, the download process runs smoothly. And the data transfer is more than acceptable. If the sd card was the problem, wasn't it supposed to do the same when installing from the store?

Hey hey, another person living in Barreiro, that makes us neighboors

Pokemon Sun is a huge game, I have a Samsung Class 10 16GB microSD card (bought legit in Worten) and the write/read speeds are insanely high.
Maybe the microSD card you have is a fake one, did you buy it from a store?

15 hours? That's insane. Check your sd card with h2testw. When I once installed a 2gb game on my samsung 64gb sd it only took ~15 min.

yeah, I installed a 3 gig game yesterday, and it took maybe around 30-45 mins or so. I wasn't timing it. 15 hours is insanity.
