where do i put the cheats so that they will be able to work with the games i have?

P.S. i dont have the cheat file but it would be nice if you could give me a link to a bunch

Go here, download the USRCHEAT.DAT, copy it to the __dstwo folder.
In the DS, open DS_GAME, go to the game you want to cheat on, and press X. A menu should appear. Press Y, then choose your cheats.

BTW, that cheat database updates often, so feel free to bookmark it and redownload it whenever you see an update.
