ROM Hack Cheat.plg for Shin Megami Tensei IV Apocalypse

Hi guys. Is there any ntr plugin for shin megami tensei apocalypse us version??
I found one on github but it only has a demon modifier cheat code that gives me a lv99 metatron with all fire skills.
Although the github readme.txt said that it has other cheats i do not see any other cheats in the cheats menu. I saw this youtube video

And the link in the description redirected me here to gbatemp. Does anyone have a working cheat plugon for shin megami tensei iv apocalypse please. Does not matter if its 1.0 or 2.0
