I'm using an old 3ds on 9.2(US) fw, no carts/hacks or anything currently.
Assuming I'm mostly just interested in homebrew (region unlock would be nice but its not a big deal and I have mixed feelings about "backups"), what is the cheapest current option for enabling homebrew?
and since I'm in no rush, do you foresee the minimum price changing in the near future?
