I'm staying at a place that requires me to go through a captive portal in order to use the wifi. Since they updated the new3ds browser, it won't let me get to the captive portal. So, I downgraded the browser to v2051. Now, I can't access the eShop, so I am wondering how to change the title version of the v2051 browser CIA to v7184 so that I can access the eShop.
