Homebrew Changine .3ds to CIA's

So I have quite a few .3ds files but i've just got rxtools up and running and i was looking to change them all into CIA's, is there a way to do this as I don't want to rely on my gateway anymore

Use 3DS to CIA converter 4.1, which is hosted on Maxconsole.
