Hardware Changed Motherboards and now One won't turn on or charge.

So i swapped between 2 n3dsxl, both were working. The one that doesn't work won't turn on on any of the consoles. If you connect the charger it will give the orange light 5s and it will turn off. If you turn it on it gives blue light 5s and then it turns off and does the pop sound. The other motherboard works on both consoles and also charged, checked all ribbons and swapped batteries also, still no success.
