Hacking change dol in anim. wad

just a little question

which app in a animated wad is the dol?
00000000.app is the banner icon and sound. bin
so is it 00000001.app or 00000002.app?

pls dont say "use wadder 2.5" or so because it crashes all the time

Well it really depends who made the wad. If it was made in wadder the dol will be the 00000002.app but if made by another packer its probably 00000001.app.

you should have an .app that is either 123kb or 136kb, that ISNT the main.dol, use the other one

you could also check the tmd to see which app is the 'boot' app and then you will know the other app is the main.dol, although that might take a bit to explain.

so 00000002.app is my boot.app?

now i have to rename my boot.dol in 00000002.app and than repack it?

I think you can just test it out!

Rename 00000001 and 00000002 *.app into boot.dol and try to start it in the homebrewchannel!
Choose the one which works.
Then its your dol.
