I guess that has to do with different settings ....
not sure myself as I have this as well sometimes.

As an example for me this happened on color splash all the time with console region set to auto ... changing it manually helped for this game.
Not sure but I think another game didn't like it that I had no controller set up
...

I have a few problems as well which I don't get but I guess Cemu is not perfect yet so you have to deal with it
just try some different settings maybe you will be lucky.
(or rip the game again, maybe you got a faulty rip)
