Not that odd considering there is already versions for Haiku OS, AROS, MorphOS, AmigaOS 4, Sega Genesis, GP2X, GP2X Wiz, and the TI graphing calculator.

Heh, for sure! I thought the Cave Story bit would be a quest of just one or two people, but apparently there are WAY more people doing it! Great stuff, I love the game, played it on my 3DS when it first came out on the console.

I don't really understand the 'why' comments, to be honest.

Cave Story deserves to be on any platform that can host it not just as a cool tech demo but because it's a brilliant game.

I'm not counting my eggs but I do hope Cave Story 64 eventually becomes a complete experience, that the N64 architecture isn't too challenging an environment to port to.

I cloned cuckydev's repository and the demo build while it was still up, here's both.

Honestly, by the title, I was more expecting someone made like a 3d version of Cave Story for the N64, lol
