I have been seeing a high number of people getting SEN banned using CFW; the pattern seems to be people who play Black Ops 2.

Yep. My friend also got banned. But he wasn't playing BO2 only using CFW.

I have yet to get banned and I have been playing Borderlands 2 online, hell I even purchased dlc
