to Searinox: there're totally 20 gadgets hidden in the game, some of them are really hard to find...OMZ

to ganesh2: those numbers is the mastery of your skill, they go up when you kill enermy with certain weapon and magic. Example you use sword to defeat a bat, the sword mastery +1. Your basic attack power will increase when the mastery point goes up to a certain value. One more, just CROUCH in front of Dracula to avoid his bat attack.

Go through the Hard Mode (MAX Level is 50) then you can obtain a item which can halve your heart use.
Go through the Hard Mode (MAX Level is 1) to unlock your MAX Level upto 255.

I've tried 20+ times on the forest stage. axe armor+bat+skeleton+octopus-flies really makes me mad...

what do i do next? theres no new area unlocked or something...

Did you get the Serpent Scale from the Lighthouse? Or whatever it was.

Go back to the Kalidus Channel. There should be a third exit you can start from.

i see 4 entrances/exits and i filled up the map.

No, okay, wait! i just beated the maneater, i got the double jump relic, i got the wing ability, but i can't figure where have i to go: no new areas opened, the last area where i had access was the skeleton cave...simply no new area opened. i thought i had to save all the villagers, cause on gamefaqs i saw that, when you have saved all the villagers, you can go to the dracula's castle, so i was forced to save everyone. so, i only want to know how can i proceed. Thanks. END OF THE TELEGRAM.

Have you tried going back to the village, or talking to the old dude in ecclesia?

My technique netted me the medal for this boss so it should work for you too

. Use the item crush of your choice (I just don't remember which was effective) until you're all out of hearts. After that use either the axe or the arrows(Ascia or Arcus and their derivatives) and just keep your distance. I think I used the arrows just so I could always stay on the opposite side of the room from him. But don't stray too far because then you can't see him start his jump. Don't get too close because then you can't avoid his rock punch. I placed myself so that he was just barely in my field of view. When he jumps I don't think you even have to slide, you can just walk under if you're close enough. Oh yeah, and when he starts stomping just walk right next to his first stomped foot and he'll walk right over you (duck and attack during this time). I don't remember my level but if you keep at it long enough he'll still die.

Did you actually go out the bottom left exit? Or just access it on the map? I think the next area opens up when you go out the bottom left exit of the Kalidus Channel.

That boss was fun. Here's my technique:

I killed him with rapiers.

-If he starts swinging his arms, back off. He'll punch the ground and columns of rock will hit you.
-If he jumps toward you, run underneath to avoid the attack. If you back up, you're screwed.
-If he crouches into a ball he will grab you and throw you at the wall if you're too close, so stay back up a little and use projectiles. Not too far though! After this move he'll do his jumping attack, so you need to be in close enough to run underneath.
-When he starts stomping along the ground you have to go underneath. He'll walk right over you without damaging you.

Okay guys, I done the spiny fish thing in oblivion pass, but now there is nowhere new to go and nothing to do?! Any ideas? Do I need to find a villager somewhere? I can list who I got if required like!
