Hacking Question cart upgdrade on 1.0.0 switch fw

i own a switch with 1.0.0 fw version.
as many others i bought it to play with zelda, but i don't want to miss the chance to use it with future hacks.
question is simple: can i upgrade the switch firmware using the firmware upgrade in one of the newest games without jump to the latest firmware available?
if so, where i can find a list of games with cart. update and to which firmware?

I think these games have updates on them:
ARMS has 2.1.0,
Splatoon 2 has 2.3.0
Mario + rabbits ?? not too sure of the firmware on the cart, vaguely remember its below 3.0.0

n00b question: updating using any of this games, would install the web browser too?
i'm asking because on my 3ds the cart update didn't have the web browser update so a system update was mandatory

3DS is not a Switch
Switch is not a 3DS

There is no web browser on the Switch, atleast not one like Chrome.

Mario + RAbbids gets you to 2.1.0 - i did the upgrade from 1.0 with that game myself

rabbids is 2.1 or 2.3, I played on 2.3 and had no update.
