OK, I have a soft modded Wii running menu 4.0 with DVDX & HBC and I just ran into something rather odd.
For some reason I can no longer restore game save data from an SD card.
What happens when I go into the menu is I get to game save data and then click the SD tab and then.... nothing... total lock; has to be reset via power button.
I've tried using both the normal 16Gb SDHC card I use as well as a backup on a 2Gb SD card... both of which I can use for hombrew apps, SD channels, etc without issue. I looked at the save import/export facility on the Home Brew Browser, but it appears to use a different format (or at least different directories) than the Wii itself does. I also have no clue when I lost this ability, as it's not something I use very often. I know I used Waninkoko's menu installers for most menu upgrades since around 3.4, so I'm not sure if that affected something or not.
Has anyone seen anything even remotely like this?
