The error message is 'unable to start software. Return to HOME Menu and try again'
Am a serious novice, could you give me a step by step guide on how to upgrade my patches? I would really appreciate it. Thanks
But I just downloaded Atmosphere 0.14.1, should I remove it and reload again, cause I still have it on my laptop or should I just download the signature patches? Secondly, where do I put the signature patches file? Is it in a particular folder in the SD card or just on the root of the SD card? The above steps will be slightly different if you're using an emuMMC.
- Make sure the SD card is FAT32.
- Remove all CFW files/folders from your SD card (that would be folders like /sept/ and /atmosphere/)
- Download the latest
- Download the latest fusee-primary (next to Atmosphere)
- Download(for Atmosphere v0.14.1)
- Put Atmosphere and the signature patches onto your SD card
- Put the SD into your Switch
- Enter RCM
- Launch Atmosphere using fusee-primary
Furthermore, am actually using EMUMMC, Thats what I used to launch the switch after bringing it on with my payloader. The above steps will be slightly different if you're using an emuMMC.

Unless you are using online play with a clean sysMMC (or you have an ipatched Switch on 4.1), using an emuMMC is not recommended. If you are going to use an emuMMC anyway, follow these steps instead:Furthermore, am actually using EMUMMC, Thats what I used to launch the switch after bringing it on with my payloader.
Thank you so much for your guidance. I will follow this.I recommend following my instructions. Delete the CFW folders on your SD card and redownload Atmosphere 0.14.1.

- Set "emummc!enabled = 1" in emummc/emummc.ini
- (If not on 10.1.0) Download the 10.1.0 update and put the 10.1.0 folder onto the root of your SD card
- Put the SD into your Switch
- Enter RCM
- Launch Atmosphere using fusee-primary
- Check that you've booted into your emuMMC (in the system settings)
- (If not on 10.1.0) If you're in your emuMMC, open the Homebrew Launcher, preferably using title override (R on a game instead of using the photo album)
- (If not on 10.1.0) Boot Daybreak
- (If not on 10.1.0) Select the 10.1.0 update. Choose the 10.1.0 exFAT option, even though you're using FAT32.
One more thing please, what do i do with the latest fusee-primary? Should i put them on the SD card too?I recommend following my instructions. Delete the CFW folders on your SD card and redownload Atmosphere 0.14.1.

You use fusee-primary to boot into Atmosphere using whatever method you're using to push RCM payloads. For example, if you're using TegraRcmGUI, you select fusee-primary.One

On your computer, check the properties of the SD card. If you're unsure, reformat the SD card using guiformat. Please what does FAT32 mean? How do I check if the card is that?
Should also put the fuse-primary into the SD card?
