Hacking Can't manage save data, please help

So one day I decided the internet channel wasn't as cool as it used to be, so I attempted to delete it. After 5 minutes or so it was still trying to delete the channel which I thought was quite odd since no channel before had taken that long to delete. So I waited about 15 more minutes, and it still wasn't finished so I restarted my Wii and thankfully the channel was gone, but then I went to manage my data annnnnnd it froze. Although the music kept playing and the GUI was there except the channel icons. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make a nand backup with BootMii and then check it using pune's nandbincheck app. tell us the output (and please put it in a spoiler).
