Hacking Cant load gateway blue or red card after downgrading

Went with project x zone 2 cause ithe cost half as much hoping it works.....
Success now I'm at 9.9.0-4u so what should I do now it says I can't access Internet without updating

i cant seem to complete the 6th step because on starting the browser it just says i need to update to use it​

well fruck nuggets any way to fix it or any other ways to install hbl or run 3ds files. like is there an nds version of the hbl

Do you have another 3ds/ a friend's 3ds that he could lend you?

not at the moment and chances are no one i know has one theyd lend me for hacking purposes. apparently homebrew still work at 11+ firmwares so if thats the case i could run the gateway time machine app and go back to my main nand.

tried the obvious formatting the system chances are it wont work but its better then nothing

no, homebrew works but the time machine doesnt

if he could lend you his 3DS for a few minutes, you can buy something like OOT3D and use browserhax on your friend's 3DS so you can make a injected save for you to run homebrew from OOT3D
