Hacking Cant launch US CIA from EU 3DS?

I have fulled patched my o3DS to A9LH with full access and everything, and Ive downloaded Terraria with CIA angel and installed with FBI, I then use 'Region-Free Patcher' to attempt to run the US Terraria.cia but it doesnt get past the 3DS start loading screen, same with 'Free Multi-Patcher'
I was also under the impression region free was built into the current version im on?
Anyone have any luck installing Terraria on EU console?

That's because you're downloading the file without the encryption seed. Since you can't visit the US e-shop to fix it, you'll need to find the appropriate seeddb.bin, and use D9 to deep decrypt, then re-encrypt the NCCH to create a cryptofixed CIA. (normally you can just visit the e-shop and it'll fix it for you)

I think that's a common CIA Problem. You would have to go to the eshop and 'repair' the game but that wouldnt work because you installed the USA Version... Maybe try another CIA.
