Next grab WiiScu
http://wiibrew.org/wiki/WiiSCU

and update JUST THE SHOP CHANNEL using this tool...

Finally
Download anytitledeleter DB (it will tell you what the channels are rather than just listing the ID of said channels)
http://wiibrew.org/wiki/AnyTitle_Deleter/AnyTitle_Deleter_DB

Load it up in the HBC and make sure that the stubs of opera are deleted....Then SHUT YOUR WII DOWN FOR 5 MIN ( i know this sounds a lil crazy but ive had to do it to rid the 20XXXXX error on the wiishop...

(if you are using a wireless router that shares bandwidth with your PC make sure you turn off any P2P applications or "bandwidth hogs" just helps keep your connections resources allocated to the wii's tasks rather than other things that may be attached to your wireless router...)

Turn your wii back on go to the updated shop channel and download The New IC Chanel for FREE

(so long as you did the shutdown you shouldnt get that 20XXXXX error @ the wiishop channel)

Ive had issues with this on 3.2 on my own wii and on my friends 4.0 so its just a hit and miss deal for some reason if you power your wii down for a while then try to download the channel again it will usually work!

Hope that helps bro good luck!

Strangely, this method worked.

You know, when I was getting the error messages, I just went into WAD Manager 1.4 and kept uninstalling the old IC wad for about 2 minutes(extra times because parts of it would remain or fail to uninstall each time), then went to go DL the updated one. Worked fine for me.

any wads for it yet
Link to Internet Channel WAD
I know it's freely available, but it still isn't ok to link to it is it? I mean, it's still copyrighted Nintendo software. You should just tell them to get NUSD since you can download it from Nintendo that way.
