Hacking Can't get on eShop in the latest firmware

I'm on 10.5 emunand and i can't get into the eShop.
I always get a message like: "An error has occured, Please try again", which is strange since i could get into it just fine a few days ago.
Does anyone know whats happening? I thought that it was in maintenence or something, but the latest maintenence finished at 6 PM yesterday.

Unlike you, i can't just access the eShop, other online services, like the friend list and online games works just fine.
Also, the error code im getting is 005-5964
