Can't get Nedfiles 2016 to open/play

So I've been trying to get soundhax to work using 3ds.hax.guide and following the steps there, i''ve downloaded everything and put it in the SD card as per instructions. However, when I try to play it, it just says "could not play". I'm not sure what went wrong, everything is as stated before done right according to the guide. My 2DS is on update 11.13.0.

Soundhax is only for 11.3.0, not 11.13.0.

Oh I'm just dumb and misread it lol, thanks, I would've been struggling for hours
