Hardware Can't format my hard drive to FAT32 ):

I just got my 320GB Western Digital My Passport Elite external hard drive in the mail today and I can't format it to FAT32. The only things I can format it to are NTFS and exFAT. Is this the end of the world or is it possible to make everything alright?

download EASEUS Partition Master it will solve thew problem that windows has with fat32 for drives over 30gb.
