Homebrew Can't find arm9loader.bin in Lumas3DS.zip

i am following 3ds.guide directions. On the Installing armloaderhax page I completed every step up until #14, which says to Copy arm9loader.bin from the Lumas3DS.7z to the root of SD card. Problem is I can't locate the arm9loaderhax.bin file. Can anyone help with this?

The guide specifically gives you a link to them. Redownload everything. It's not that difficult.

What system version are you on? If 11.4, or anything with a very low browser version, it won't work. If you have a compatible system version then double check your files are correct. If you haven't worked out the problem tell us your entire firmware version and upload pictures of your SD card contents.
