Not just gateway. Reinand and rxtools both support mset, and rxtools supports it on both O3DS and N3DS iirc.

but they use 6.x mset, which has NNID. They don't use 4.x mset unless you're actually on 4.x sysnand (At least that how it is (or how it's supposed to be) with rxtools

Oh yeah, good point. Forgot that they use 6.x to avoid the format problem with the 2DS.
