Hacking Can’t access eShop

Hey, so I’ve been using luma a while to access snicker stream. Back when I first installed it everything worked as normal. But then I had an issue and some lovely people here helped me sort it out (I essentially had to manually update luma). But since then I can’t access the Nintendo eShop on my 3DS. Whenever I try I get the error code 022-2452

I tried Googling the code and got back a lot about banned systems and the 3DS ‘dev mode’ needing to be disabled but I didn’t really understand it all that much.

So I thought I’d see if anyone here had any ideas. Thanks in advance for all the help and sorry to be a pain!
