Hardware Cannot power up

After I press the start button, The fans spin for about 6 seconds and powers down
The PSU is 600W

Any beep codes? If your motherboard has an LED, does it give any error codes? Check the RAM, perhaps one of your sticks are bad. What are your specs? CPU seated correctly? How old is the motherboard? How old is the PSU?

Are you sure you have a PC speaker connected? Anywho, my first step would be to remove the memory sticks and the discrete graphics card (if you have one), then putting them back in and re-trying. This behaviour reminds me of how a PC would behave with a loose/misaligned/dusty RAM stick.

Ram is okay, and no graphic card. The case shut after several seconds

Auto shutoff after a few seconds makes me think of a PSU failure or motherboard failure. Leaning more towards motherboard failure since it sounds like the motherboard is generating the power off signal, not the PSU turning off PWR_OK signal. Could be power phasing fault, fault with CPU, fault with RAM, or even a number of other motherboard related faults. Could also be overheating of the CPU (CPU fan failure) but that tends to last longer before shutdown.

Can't be more specific without more details. Try looking at the motherboard to see if there are any swelling, leaking or blown capacitors. Telling us what type of PSU and motherboard might help too, as well as knowing how it was used up to now and for how long these issues have persisted.

Same thing happened to me once, removed the ram, switched it on, then off, put it back.
