Misc Cannot connect to server

Heya,
Ok here is the entire situation. I am using intel my wifi on the laptop and have configured all settings and it works correctly with the test connection in wifi settings.

Now the problem arises when i want to connect to wifi as the error 20010 comes up. It worked twice but has not done so again. My hunch is that the internet is problematic but now....
Say my internet connection is called selcom... when i try to connect in this way

SELCOM -> LAPTOP -> INTEL MY WIFI -> DS ---- NO connection to nintendo wifi but it did work twice

i tried pinging and it does not ping nintendo.com and nintendowifi.com as it shows destination net unavailable or request timed out. i can open the websites on the browser though...

my intel adapter addresses are as follows
IP - 10.167.88.254
Subnet - 255.0.0.0
Gateway - 10.128.128.128
DNS - 10.128.128.128

My Wireless PAN (which Intel My wifi uses) is
IP - 192.168.0.1
Subnet - 255.0.0.0 (if i use 255.255.255.0, it doesnt connect to the DS)
Gateway - 10.167.88.254
DNS - 10.128.128.128

Finally the DS uses the following
IP - 192.168.0.11
Subnet - 255.255.255.0
Gateway - 192.168.0.1
DNS - 10.128.128.128

Remember the connection is established but nintendo wifi is not working... could it be something wrong with the settings,DNS, internet?

What do you think is the problem? thanks

It's hardly going to work if you have different subnet addresses is it?

Both 10.xxx.xxx.xxx and 192.168.0.xxx private addresses, so use one or the other not both.

I'll make simple:

Subnet on all devices: 255.0.0.0

Intel adapter addresses
IP - 10.167.88.254
Wireless PAN
IP - 10.167.88.11
DS
IP - 10.167.88.22

actually intel my wifi doesnt allow anything other than 192.168 or 172.
sorry to disturb u but it works now, i guess it was the internet that caused the problem... internet was quite good just now and it worked well on zelda,fifa and mario (though i got no one on kart suprisingly)
