What if a mod accidentaly clicks it? How does he/she pay back the helpless user?There is a report button on peoples profiles already, along with the regular report posts button, isn't that enough?
Also mods don't have a report spambot button, we don't need that sort of thing as we have a button that IP bans a spambot and deletes all of its posts automatically.

It asks for confirmation that you are sure its a spambot, so you cant nuke someone accidentally.
I don't know how this system works, but vBulletin has a soft-delete option, where posts are not deleted, but hidden, so they can be undeleted later.What if a mod accidentaly clicks it?
