ROM Hack Can someone help me adjust the aspect ratio for Pokemon Gold/Silver .CIA?

I tried to extract the RomFS.Bin using HackingToolkit3ds and while it seems to work I can't extract the config.ini (to change the width to 400x or whatever to fill the top screen/remove the black bars) from it when using RomFSExtractor. I get an error that says it is an invalid RomFS Binary.

I am stumped. It's 1:35am where I am and I can't go any further on my own. I remember being able to find the .CIA for Pokemon RBY all with the aspect ratios adjusted but I can't find one for Gold and Silver (leading me to try and adjust it myself to no avail).

Depends on the version of the toolkit you're using... One of them is for decrypted files, another for encrypted ones. When you use the wrong version it won't extract your romfs because it can't..... Are you using HackingToolKit3DS or HackingToolKit9DS? The latter only works with encrypted files while the former only uses decrypted ones.
