Hacking Can somebody please explain to upgrade M3iZeri CW?

For some friends ask me to update their M3i Zero with the Multicard software and use it as primary Firmware!

But I don't understand the tutorial
It says this:

IF YOU WANT TO USE THIS FIRMWARE AS YOUR PRIMARY FIRMWARE :

Copy your M3Real/M3iZero firmware back to your microSD, then extract the files from new firmware and copy the following to your microSD :
System folder
TTMenu folder
SRESET.DAT
YSMenu.nds

Copy usrcheat.dat to TTMenu folder

Then create a folder called Games on your microSD and put all your games and saves into that folder
Boot your carts firmware, then load YSMenu.nds



Mine questions:
Do I first must put the system folder from V4.9A X M74 Kernell on it (or sakura 1.49 3rd) and after that copy the Multicard System folder and other files (from multicard) to the Sd card (and overwrite some files in the system folder??)
And then run YSMenu.nds (does this put a new firmware on it?) Or so I must put the latest firmware from M3real (F Core 2.02) on it and run after copying al these files?
Can somebody please explain this to me step by step because the Installation tutorial is not very clear in this!
